Belt dryer for peeling veneer

The belt dryer version is suitable for thinner veneers. Usually the thickness of veneer below 1.7mm, we can buy a belt dryer. For veneers with a thickness of more than 1.7mm, we can buy a roller dryer. This mainly depends on the main thickness of our veneer. If the factory needs to dry 1000 cubic meters per year, the thickness of 700 cubic meters is between 2.5-3.2mm thickness, and only the remaining 300 cubic meters of veneer is below 1.7mm. In general, the thickness of the veneer is various. For practicality, we should buy the roller and the belt together. As for the specific purchase, the decision should be made after the customer and the factory have fully communicated.

Roller Dryer

The drum dryer is the type of dryer with the largest market share and the greatest demand. For veneers with a thickness of more than 1.7mm, we can buy a tumble dryer. In the part of the structure of the roller, we adopt the advantages of advanced structure, which can best maintain the flatness of the surface of the veneer, and it is not easy to jam the board at the entrance. If there are other thicknesses (below 1.7mm), we can match with the roller and mesh belt dryer. These are selectable and adjustable, and can be customized.

Hot Press Dryer

Press dryer for smooth and flat decorative veneer. Usually used for 2-formed boards, such as furniture boards, building boards, floors, etc.

Hot-pressing breathing veneer dryer. After the hot pressing process, the machine will remove excess moisture by adjusting the temperature.

1)    The surface of the pressing plate is grooved and milled, so water will flow out soon after pressing. This structure makes it very efficient and productive.

2)    It can use steam boiler or oil boiler, and you can burn waste wood to heat the boilers. Cost is very low.

3)    As the veneer is pressed by solid hot platens when working, so veneer will because very flat after dry, and the veneer spoil rate is not high.

4)    It is equipped with the pinion and rack balancing system to keep the machines runs smoothly.
