Since steam boiler is a kind of heat energy equipment aiming at obtaining high quality steam, it can provide two kinds of steam produced by processing, that is, saturated steam and superheated steam. What is the difference between saturated steam and superheated steam in a steam boiler?
The first saturated vapor, saturated vapor, is the vapor that we can get directly by heating water. The temperature and pressure and density of saturated steam correspond one by one, and the temperature of steam at one atmospheric pressure is 100 C. If higher temperature steam is needed, just increase the pressure of the steam.
The second superheated steam, superheated steam is reheated on the basis of saturated steam, that is, steam generated by secondary heating. When water exists, it cannot produce superheated steam, because water absorbs heat and produces more steam. The temperature of superheated steam does not correspond to the pressure.
From the above, we can see that the temperature of saturated steam is basically proportional to the steam pressure. The higher the pressure, the higher the steam temperature will be. Users can adjust it according to their own needs.
