The four-column hydraulic press booster can convert the input low-pressure oil into a high-pressure branch in the high-pressure oil supply transmission system and is often used in low-pressure large-flow hydraulic pumps. The four-column hydraulic press has two pressure cylinders with diameters D1 and D2, and two pistons or plungers with different diameters are fixed on the same piston rod. Superchargers are usually used to obtain high-pressure or ultra-high-pressure oil, rather than expensive high-pressure or ultra-high-pressure pumps.


The four-column hydraulic press booster can convert the input low-pressure oil into high-pressure oil and supply it to the high-pressure branch in the transmission system. It is often used in conjunction with a low-pressure large-flow hydraulic pump. The four-column hydraulic press booster consists of two pressure cylinders with diameters D1 and D2, respectively, and two pistons or plungers of different diameters fixed on the same piston rod. Superchargers are commonly used to obtain high-pressure or ultra-high pressure oils to replace expensive high-pressure pumps or ultra-high pressure pumps.


When the four-column hydraulic system needs to be unloaded, attention should be paid to the difference between the unloading relief valve and the externally controlled sequence valve. The unloading relief valve is mainly used in the hydraulic circuit equipped with an accumulator. If the general external control sequence valve is selected, the outlet pressure of the hydraulic pump will be high and low, and the system will work abnormally. The pilot-type pressure reducing valve has a larger leakage than other hydraulic valves, and as long as the valve is in the working state, leakage always exists. This point should be fully paid attention to when selecting the capacity of the hydraulic pump. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the minimum regulating pressure of the pressure reducing valve to ensure that the pressure difference between its inlet and outlet is 0.3-1Mpa.


Causes and elimination methods of synchronous failure of four-column hydraulic press

① The spool of the diverter valve is radially stuck due to poor geometric accuracy or burr tension. At this time, the spool should be repaired to remove burrs to ensure the flexibility of the spool in feedback motion.


② Because the clearance between the spool and the body hole is too small, the spool is also prone to radial seizure when the oil in the four-column hydraulic system is polluted or the oil temperature is too high. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the cleanliness of the oil and the temperature of the pumping liquid in use to ensure the flexibility of the valve core movement.


③Because the installation of a hydraulic cylinder (or hydraulic motor) is not good, or | due to other reasons, the cylinder action is not flexible, resulting in synchronization failure. At this time, the installation position of the hydraulic cylinder needs to be corrected.


④The pressure of the four-column hydraulic press system is too low, and the pressure does not go up, resulting in the failure of simultaneous advancement. If the pressure drop of the primary orifice (fixed orifice) is lower than o.6~o.8MPa, the diverter valve will not be ugly, so the system pressure (pressure flowing into the diverter valve) must be at least greater than this pressure value, Otherwise, the diverter valve will not work.
