1. The upper liner and lower liner of the hot plate play an important role in protecting the surface of the hot plate. The quality of the upper liner directly affects the surface quality of the board. Lining boards and hot press boards often clamp wooden beams and other dirt. Therefore, the liner needs to be cleaned of dust, dirt and impurities on a regular basis. The upper lining board is generally replaced once a week, and the surface is polished to ensure the surface quality of the finished board.
2. When installing the upper lining board, be sure to lay the wood bundle and press it tightly. Broken or different size panels cannot enter the plywood hot press. It is not allowed to press fiberboard directly without lining. Long-term shutdown requires timely removal of steam condensate in the hot plate to avoid internal corrosion.
3. It is found that there is partial leakage of the hot plate. It can be repaired by electric welding. After welding, the water pressure should be tested. The pressure is 1.2-1.4 times the steam pressure, welding repair. If the leakage is caused by serious internal corrosion, it should be replaced.
4. If the machine is shut down for a long time, the condensed steam in the hot plate should be drained to prevent corrosion of the hot plate.
So how should the seals and pistons be maintained?
1. Wear or incorrect installation of the rubber seal is the direct cause of oil leakage in the cylinder; damage or incorrect position of the piston surface is an indirect cause. When the surface of the piston is good, the rubber sealing ring can be used for more than 6 months if it is installed correctly.
2. When you need to replace the sealing ring, pay attention to safety and avoid introducing dirt and impurities. After the support plate is fixed, replace the sealing ring. Pay attention to prevent flange "flanging", so as not to affect the quality. The replaced seal should be carefully inspected to analyze the cause of damage in order to take preventive measures.
3. The hydraulic oil of the bonding machine should be kept clean and the oil pool should be sealed. The filter of the suction pipe of the oil pump should be kept intact, and should be replaced in time if damaged. During maintenance, the sediment in the tank should be removed, and the oil should be clarified or filtered before use (the emulsion should be completely replaced). This is also very important for protecting oil pumps and precision valves.
