The four-column hydraulic press hydraulic station exhibits abnormally unstable flow, which refers to the three common scenarios of no flow entering the actuator, lack of flow to the supplied actuator, and excessive flow into the actuator. So how do we deal with this problem?
1. Phenomenon There is no flow in the hydraulic station of the four-column hydraulic press
(1) The electromagnet of the directional valve of the equipment above the hydraulic station is loose, and the coil is short-circuited. This can directly replace the directional valve, perhaps to repair it.
(2) The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station is contaminated and the spool is stuck. Replace all hydraulic oil with clean, uncontaminated hydraulic oil. The valve that is stuck together can only be replaced by the directional valve or repaired.
(3) The M and H type functional spools do not change direction. Switch them over and recondition them from scratch.
Second, the flow of the hydraulic station of the four-column hydraulic machine is too low
Hydraulic station flow is too low is a common problem of hydraulic station flow instability. There are many reasons.
(1) The pressure of the relief valve or unloading valve that controls the flow of the hydraulic oil pump in the hydraulic station is adjusted too low. Just increase the pressure.
(2) The bypass control valve in the hydraulic station is not tightly closed. One has to either replace the valve or have to check the control circuit of the hydraulic station flow.
(3) The volumetric power of the hydraulic oil pump drops. This can replace the hydraulic oil pump and exhaust the air inside the hydraulic oil pump together.
(4) The internal leakage of the hydraulic station is serious. This is mainly the hydraulic oil pumps, hydraulic valves, oil pipes, motors, oil circuit blocks, oil tanks, etc. of various parts of the hydraulic pump station. If there is no connection, replace the seal together.
(5) The normal adjustment of the variable pump of the hydraulic station is invalid. Replace the hydraulic oil pump.
(6) The pipeline of the hydraulic station is lost too much along the way. This can be replaced by a larger one, and the pressure of the pump can be increased.
Third, the flow of the hydraulic station is too high
(1) The flow control equipment of the hydraulic station is adjusted too high. This is just the opposite of what I said above. If it is too high, just lower him.
(2) The normal adjustment of the variable pump in the hydraulic station is invalid. Hydraulic station planning is showing errors, this can only be replaced or repaired.
(3) The type of hydraulic oil pump and motor speed is incorrect. Replace the hydraulic oil pump with the flow rate and the motor with the speed.
