Once the abrasive belt is wrinkled, it can no longer be used. Generally, there are three possibilities for the wrinkling of the abrasive belt.
① The sand roller and the tension roller are not parallel in the vertical plane projection, so it is necessary to add padding at the center support cylinder for correction.
② The abrasive belt becomes wrinkled when wet, and can be dried in the sun.
③ If the sander is not used for a long time, the surface of the sand roller is rusted and rough, and the sand belt is difficult to swing. At this time, the roller should be derusted or polished with finer sandpaper.
Abrasive belt fracture is mainly caused by the deviation of the abrasive belt, or the blunt abrasive belt has not been replaced in time, or the sanding load is too large, or it encounters hard objects during the sanding process, or the quality of the abrasive belt itself. Breaking of the belt should be avoided as much as possible, otherwise it may cause fire or explosion. When the current of the grinding roller of the operating table is abnormal, it should be observed whether the abrasive belt has been dull, and if it is, it should be replaced in time.
Generally caused by improper adjustment, the normal belt swing should be 15-20mm swing, 15-20 times/min swing frequency, moderate swing speed and consistent swing in and out speed. If it is in an abnormal state, over a long period of time, there may be a deviation phenomenon, especially the inconsistency of the swing in and out speed, which is more likely to cause. The belt deviation may be caused by the failure of the photocell, the damage to the swing valve or the swing cylinder. Poor dust collection and high dust concentration will affect the normal operation of the photocell, and may also cause the abrasive belt to deviate.
There are limit switches on both sides of the abrasive belt. When the abrasive belt swings out of order and deviates to one side, touch the limit switch, the abrasive belt is released, and the main motor stops automatically, which can effectively protect the abrasive belt. Once the limit fails, it can cause damage to the abrasive belt, sparks from the friction frame, and even cause fire and explosion. Therefore, the limit switch should always check whether the action is reliable.
The sander using hydraulic lifting has an oil pressure gauge on the front side of the lower frame. The pressure of the oil pressure gauge under normal conditions is 70-90kg/cm2, which is relatively stable. If the pressure frequently fluctuates between 70-90 kg/cm2, it means that the lift cylinder may have internal leakage or external leakage. If the pressure is less than 70 kg/cm2, it means that the hydraulic system is abnormal and needs to be adjusted. If there is no pressure, the position switch may not be pressed. When the pressure gauge of the sanding machine is abnormal, it may cause the size of the sanding board to be out of tolerance or unstable, which will affect the quality of the sanding board.
In the adjustment of the sander, it is required to adjust the back pressure spring of the upper conveying roller to two-thirds (one third remaining), and the interval between the upper conveying roller and the lower conveying roller should be equal to The thickness of the passed slab is less than 1.5mm or 1mm, otherwise it will cause the slab to deviate or slip. In severe cases, it will cause rebound, which may injure personal safety.
When the cantilever of the sanding machine is loosened or locked by the locking block, the position fluctuates greatly, and normally it should be within 0.5mm. If it is too large, when the locking block locks the cantilever, the difference in the locking force will cause a difference in the repeatability of the cantilever, causing the size of the sanding plate to fluctuate, which directly affects the sanding accuracy of the sander. When the cantilever error is too large (more than 0.5mm), the fixing bolts of the locking block should be unscrewed and adjusted properly. At the same time, when the abrasive belt is replaced, the locking force of the locking block should be consistent.
