BG1334 four-layer roller veneer dryer is a special equipment for plywood core board dryer, including 12 heating drying chambers, four sets of transmission systems, feeding rollers, and discharging rollers. It is divided into two drying areas, front and rear, and the fans are arranged relative to each other. After drying, the final moisture content of the whole veneer is the same. This machine is suitable for drying process conditions of cutting first and then drying. The direction of the fibers of the veneer to be dried should be consistent with the direction of the incoming board, and the width of the veneer to be dried is greater than 350mm, otherwise there may be a blockage phenomenon.
This model is a straight-through horizontal circulation veneer dryer. Its thermal cycle design draws on the advantages of advanced European dryer technology and adopts side-mounted centrifugal fans. The new type of heat exchanger and the rectangular variable-section spray box make the high-speed jet airflow acting on the surface of the veneer uniform. The hot air blowers in the heating chambers in the front and rear areas are arranged separately from left to right, so as to ensure that the dried veneer obtains the same final moisture content at each point. In order to adapt to the humid tropical climate, the length of the cooling open section is appropriately lengthened to facilitate the cooling of the dried veneer and reduce the phenomenon of damp return.
The heating medium of the thermal circulation system of this machine is steam or heat transfer oil. When the heating medium is heat transfer oil, special attention should be paid to the safety of the system, and the piping arrangement of the thermal circulation system and the design of the heat exchanger should pay attention to avoid the factors of carbon deposition in the system and cause fire accidents. Water, acid and low-boiling substances are strictly prohibited from entering the system.
Wood contains a certain amount of moisture. The amount of moisture in the wood varies with tree species, tree age and the season of felling. In order to ensure the quality of wood and wood products and prolong the service life, appropriate measures must be taken to reduce the moisture (moisture content) in the wood to a certain extent. By choosing industrial veneer drying, you improve veneer quality with uniform drying result. As a result, you get high-quality, even moisture content veneer sheets that are ready to be glued and processed further.
To reduce the moisture content of wood, it is necessary to increase the temperature of the wood, so that the moisture in the wood evaporates and moves outward, and in the air with a certain flow speed, the moisture quickly leaves the wood to achieve the purpose of drying.
The quality of drying includes: correct and consistent moisture content, important further processing
The foundation of the successful glue, low glue consumption (no layer of layer)
Try to reduce the need for repetitive drying
Due to the small number of overpopies, high recovery rate, low energy consumption
