Operation Of The Equipment

1. Input of raw board stack

The stacks of blank sheets before entering the production line have lower protection plates and the upper protection plates have been removed. The stack of plain boards is fed into the production line by a forklift truck.

2. Embryos of paper and board

This production line is designed for mechanical pick-up and manual laying of paper on the substrate.

3. Compression

4. Out of the board, scraping the edge

Automatically transports the plate from the press to the scraping edge scraping paper, and transports the waste paper to the waste tray by button operation.

5. Flip plate

According to the situation of single sticker or double sticker, customers can choose the mode of flipping / odd-even flipping / no flipping.

6. Stacking of finished boards

This line is stacked by the manipulator, and the stacking quantity is 1 stack. Before stacking, a protective plate is placed under the bottom in advance. After the stacking is completed, the protective plate is added to the stack and transported to the outside of the frame by the power roller, and then the plate stack is transported away by a forklift.

7. Stainless steel lining plate, buffer pad

The lining plate is lifted by a forklift to the discharge device for replacement (the stainless steel lining plate and the buffer pad are prepared by the user). The time for skilled technicians to replace the upper and lower lining plates is about 30 minutes. It needs to be properly prepared and the personnel need to be skilled workers.
