Plywood Core Veneer Dryer

Industrial heat pump air drying machine is a new type of high efficiency and energy saving heat pump dryer. Its working principle is based on the reverse Carnot cycle principle, using a small amount of electric energy, using the compressor, the working medium passes through the expansion valve and then evaporates in the evaporator. It is in a gaseous state and absorbs a large amount of heat in the air. The gaseous working medium is compressed by the compressor into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas, and then enters the condenser to release heat, and the drying medium is heated.

Veneer Drying Machine Parameters

1. The thickness of veneer is 1.8mm, suitable for wood veneer tumble dryer for plywood machine.

2. The thickness of veneer is 0.6mm, suitable for wood veneer mesh dryer for plywood machine.

3. 8-20 sections of heating room, each section is 2m.

4. 2-4 cooling chambers each 2m.

5. The moisture content is about 80%.

6. The working width of the tumble dryer is 2800-4200mm, and the mesh dryer is 2650mm.

7. 2-4 decks, other types can be customized.

8. The heating medium can be heat transfer oil or steam.
