1. Uneven Skin

Reasons: 

Poor knife accuracy, out-of-tolerance roller runout, excessive pressure, severe yin and yang of the jigsaw material, too thin and curved jigsaw material.

Remedy: 

Re-sharpen the tool and check the straightness of the blade. If the roller jumps, check whether the bearing is damaged or the radial clearance is too large. Check whether the shaft head of the roller is deformed due to wood bending or excessive extrusion force, which will affect the flatness of the board. Replace the flower roller in time or correct it by yourself. If the height of the knife is too low or the knife gap is too small, the pressure of the single and double rollers and the knife on the wood will be too large, which will also cause irregular deformation of the wood and directly affect the flatness of the board. When the wood is too thin and bent, the wood will be forced to straighten and peeled due to the strong automatic feeding pressure of the machine during the rotary cutting process. When the knife position is too low or the knife gap is too small, the extrusion force on the wood is several times higher than that of normal rotary cutting, and the shrinkage and deformation of the unscrewed board are out of tolerance, resulting in uneven board surface. When the machine is rotary-cutting, sometimes the automatic feed will stop when it feeds. Generally, it is only necessary to rotate the carbon brush downward for one or two turns. If the oil box is short of oil, clean and thin engine oil should be injected to prevent the clutch plate from being sintered or the clutch slipping. When rotary cutting wood, if the knife table shakes, it will also cause poor uniformity of the board surface. The adjustment method is: check and fasten the screws of each fastening part, and adjust the distance between the bead on both sides and the slider of the knife table to 0.2 ----0.5mm remember not to adjust too tight.

3. Inconsistent Thickness

Reasons:

The height of the two ends of the knife is inconsistent, the gaps at both ends of the knife are inconsistent, the single roller bearing is damaged, the screws are loose and fall off, the slide pillow, the bottom bar of the knife table, and the screws of the slideway are loose. Lead screw feeding is inconsistent.

Troubleshooting Method: 

Inconsistency in the height of both ends of the knife will cause the thickness of the two sides of the board to be thicker and thinner at the other, resulting in a slanted skin and a wood core that is larger at one end and smaller at the other end. The wooden shaft on the high side of the knife is thin, and the wooden shaft on the low side of the knife is thick.

Inconsistent slits at both ends of the knife are basically the same as the impact of inconsistent knife heights. The side with the smaller slits has thinner skin and thicker wooden shafts, and the side with larger slits has thicker boards and thinner wooden shafts. You only need to adjust the knife height and knife seam to be consistent, and then it can return to normal. After the single roller bearing is damaged, during the normal rotary cutting process, due to the extrusion of the wooden board to the roller, the damaged bearing is deformed, causing the knife gap at the damaged part of the flower roller bearing to be too large, and the wooden shaft will also become thinner. The loosening and falling off of the lower pillow and slideway screws of the knife table will directly affect the unbalanced and unsteady feeding of the knife. Be responsible, replace the screws and parts in various parts that are damaged, easily damaged, or fall off in time, and strictly prevent the machine from working with diseases, so as not to turn small problems into big problems, causing downtime and unnecessary losses.

The feeding is inconsistent, the screw nut is worn, loosen the screw of the transmission shaft seat, and make the umbrella wheel separate and turn one end of the screw (each tooth pitch is 0.8mm) to advance or retreat the corresponding number of teeth.

4. The Slab Is Periodically Uneven
