Before the now common gluing machine, glue was applied on top of a board and then spread out with a spatula. That is where the name spreader came from.
We have built and sold wide glue spreaders for plywood since our establishment.
We put our plywood gluing machine know-how to use to manufacture a two-dimensional gluing machine [approx. 800-1400mm in width]), which can also be used for precision laminate coating.

Plywood Glue Spreader for Face Board Features

Linear bearings are used for raising and lowering the upper roller, ensuring smooth and precise movement over long periods of time.
The standard specification for the opening is 0-50mm.
There is an option to add an electric lift with automatic positioning to the core specifications.
