WNS series gas/oil fired steam boiler is a horizontal package combustion threes pass fire tube boiler, which adopts weave form furnace and all wet back structure, the high-temperature smoke successively scours the second and third return fire tube, then through backside smoke chamber discharge into the atmosphere by the chimney. It is easy through the front and back smoke chamber for servicing.
The Boiler settled the favorable technic performance industrial burner and combustion automatic ratio control, feed water automat-ic control, procedure start-stop allay automatically, etc advanced technology also has a high-low water level alert, extremely lower-water level, super high steam pressure and loss of fire, etc automatic protect function.
This boiler has so many advantages such as with compact structure, safe and reliable, easy to operate, fast installation, high efficiency, less pollution, and low noise.

1. Real-time monitor water level function: Installed the electronic water level detector which real-time monitors the boiler water level.
2. Time set function: Base on the requirement, you can collocate the time system for controlling the boiler start-stop by yourself.
3. Electric leakage protects function: It will power dump automatically once the control system detects the heating element electric leakage.
4. Water shortage protect function: The controller system will cut burner circuit and open alarm instruction once the boiler water shortage, for preventing burner happens the dry-burning damage.
5. Power supply abnormal protect function: The boiler will stop to work once the power supply abnormal.
6. Super pressure interlock protect function: The controller system will forbid the burner workes and open alarm instruction when the inter-boiler pressure is over the user set point.
7. The multi - safety protects systems such as with pressure controller, water level alert, safety valve, and extremely low water level alarm.
8. Complete gas valve group and protect system: The boiler collocate superheater, pressure regulated valve, solenoid valve, etc complete gas valve group and parts, to ensure gas safety.
9. Smoke monitoring apparatus: it automatic monitors discharge smoke temperature, it is easy to grasp the combustion condition of the boiler.
